Progress on Flooring
The original brick footing, much of which has crumbled or sunk into the ground since the building was built over 95 years ago, is being replaced by concrete, will strongly support the entire structure well into the future.
We will no longer will have uneven and "soft" floors throughout the building. As part of this project, all rotted or otherwise damaged flooring is being replaced or repaired.
